Triple A Express Logistic - Terms and Conditions
- General Terms
- By placing a delivery order with Triple A Express Logistic ("Company"), the customer ("Customer") agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- Delivery Services
- The Company will deliver goods based on the details provided by the Customer at the time of booking. Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or additional charges.
- Delivery services are subject to availability and operational feasibility.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery request without prior notice.
- Shipping Charges and Payment
- All delivery charges must be paid as per the agreed rate before shipment.
- Additional charges may apply for extra services, including but not limited to waiting time, redelivery, storage, or special handling requirements.
- Payments are non-refundable once the delivery process has commenced.
- Delivery Time and Conditions
- The estimated delivery time is provided for reference only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or regulatory checks.
- The Company shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party factors beyond its control.
- Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the goods. If no one is available, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
- Packaging and Liability
- The Customer is responsible for ensuring that goods are properly packed and labelled for safe transportation.
- The Company is not liable for damage caused by improper packaging, handling by third parties, or inherent defects in the goods.
- The Company's liability is limited to direct losses only and shall not exceed the declared value of the shipment.
- Prohibited and Restricted Items
- The Customer shall not ship prohibited items, including hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, or any goods restricted by law.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse delivery of any restricted or prohibited items.
- Claims and Disputes
- Any claims for loss or damage must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
- The Company shall investigate claims and may offer compensation at its sole discretion, subject to proof of damage or loss.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved under the applicable laws of Malaysia and Singapore.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation of an order must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to be eligible for a refund.
- If a cancellation request is made after the shipment has been dispatched, no refund will be issued.
- Indemnification
- The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia and Singapore.
By proceeding with the delivery order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
